Subject VPC and Redundant VRs

Hello guys, 


Not sure if it's me, but I am unable to tick the option to allow Redundant VRs when creating
a new network offering for the VPCs. My aim is to have VPCs with redundant virtual routers,
just like what I have for other guest networks. 


Is this a GUI bug or is this functionality not yet available?
