Subject Re: UI Icons visibility when Started vs Stopped
Date Mon, 18 Feb 2019 19:47:55 GMT
Visible but greyed out please.

I prefer knowing that an action is possible and understanding that if it's greyed out that
something about a current state prevents its use.

    Hi All Users,
I'd like to get some feedback on an issue that has been bouncing around between developers

The context is the end users' UI experience. When a function is unavailable because of
something the end user can control ie VM is started or Stopped. Should unavailable actions
be hidden, or visible but greyed out ?
My preference is for the latter, but I'd like to hear the users' and operators views.
