If you just deleted the repository, it would recompile it anyway
(it worked for me).

This may be due to another bug: When you change something in an XSP file
(or, for that matter, replace xalan) you need to touch the XML file,
which calls the XSP file. Otherwise cocoon will think the XML is
unchanged and won't recompile the XSP.

The whole issue is pretty confusing to me, I constantly get different
results from what I expected. Then I need to:

a) restart the web server
b) delete the repository directory
c) touch XML files
d) switch between different xalan and cocoon versions
e) try back and forth with namespaces

The best thing I got so far was this code snippet produced by cocoon in
the .java file in the repository:

xspCurrentNode.appendChild(
	document.createTextNode("\n")
	);

	private int counter2() {
	return 11;
	}             

	xspParentNode = xspCurrentNode;


Now, my Java knowledge may be limited, but this shouldn't happen. (The
counter2() method comes from an xsp:logic block)
