Yes. You need to be using XSP.

Put this INSIDE, I repeat, INSIDE, your <page> root element (or whatever 
your root element happens to be).

<xsp:logic>
response.setHeader("Cache-Control","max-age=0");
</xsp:logic>

However, I didn't know that that would be necessary with XSP, because with 
XSP, no Last-Modified header is sent, so (in my experience) it isn't cached 
anyway.
