Not required for sendmail logicsheet in 2.0.x (but for sendmail
action) and not required for 2.1 at all, just drop the jars in
WEB-INF/libs. For 2.0.x, cocoon.xconf needs to be tweaked to include
sendmail logicsheet.

Try $TOMCAT/webapps/cocoon/WEB-INF/libs for activation.jar and mail.jar

So, activation.jar does not appear to be on your classpath.
