Why don't you search where  the message "Mandatory element parameter is missing" is in the
source code appearing and put a breakpoint there with a debugger....?
Luckily, source code for nearly everything is available.

yes i'm sur because i make a zip of cocoon directory of the working one (win) an i put it
on linux... and crash.....
so what can i do ?

Are you sure the 2 (win and linux) cocoon.xconf and sitemap.xmap are the
same on each server ?
It seems like a "parameter" element is missing on a component declaration,
or elsewhere where a <parameter> is needed...
