Hmm, how much improvement do you expect? Normally you can gain more 
effect by optimizing the stylesheet/XPaths. You can test for the usage 
of XSLTC by enforcing one of the bugs, esp.

The configuration looks ok. Where is the usage, how does the pipeline 
look like?
