Source and SourceFactory are Avalon Excalibur interfaces.  There are several
examples in Cocoon. Look in
src/java/org/apache/cocoon/components/source/impl. BlobSource and
BlobSourceFactory are in
src/blocks/databases/java/org/apache/cocoon/components/source/impl.
