Hmm weird. The webdav block relies on the databases and hsqldb blocks to
persist properties on webdav resources. The table it uses is defined in
the cocoondb.script that should reside in WEB-INF/db directory of a
Cocoon webapp that was built with the databases block included.

Could you check that file for a line that reads:

CREATE TABLE SOURCEPROPS [..]
