You must param the file fop-config.xml in /Cocoon/Web-inf with a key baseDir
For example:
<key>baseDir</key>
  <value>http://localhost:8080/cocoon/ImpressionLiasse/</value>
The baseDir must be the root directory where you find your images. So you
adress relatively your images. For example
<fo:external-graphic src="url('./rondhaut.gif')"/>
if the images is stocked in the root directory "ImpressionLiasse".

Within this modification Cocoon can't resolve url.
