I'm just getting started with Cocoon myself, but FWIW if you were to use
an approach like
http://wiki.apache.org/cocoon/YourCocoonBasedProjectAnt16 on your
current project, your other sites could continue to run under 2.0.4
until you were able to migrate them one at a time...
