Subject Debug option in cocoon.xconf

Hi There,

I turned on the option below, enabling the debugger. (as per the 
documentation: http://cocoon.apache.org/2.1/howto/howto-flow-debugger.html)

However, nothing happens when I make a request, the server seems to just 
not do anything--nothing in the logs either...

What should happen?  Is any step missing?

Cocoon 2.1.11 and Tomcat 5.5
