Subject [betwixt] nested elements in .betwixt file
Date Sat, 06 Jul 2002 07:26:53 GMT
hi james

(i want to make sure that i've got it clear since i've been a bit confused
by the documentation. i'll patch them once i've made sure i've understood
it correctly.)

a betwixt file specifies a mapping *only* for a particular bean. it does
not specify mappings for child beans. the nesting facility only applies to
'spacer' elements and attributes rather than elements mapped to properties.

therefore you cannot use nested mapped elements to customize the xml
generated for child beans.

have i got this right now?
