make exceptions about closed connections and statements more easily debuggable

Summary: make exceptions about closed connections and statements
                    more easily debuggable
           Product: Commons
           Version: Nightly Builds
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Dbcp
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: hauser@acm.org

When I prepare the connections, statements, and resultsets, I can print their
address pointers.
When there is a problem, it would be great to also see what pointer in the pool
caused the problem!
