I'd like to implement the logit function:

This is more general than [Logit|http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logit].  Can I still name the
class "Logit"? Would another name be more appropriate?
The intention is that this function, together with a similar generalization of the "Sigmoid"
class, can be used to transform an interval [a, b] to (-inf, +inf). This is just what is needed
to simulate simple constraints for use with the CM optimizers.
