I have attached a test snippet that demonstrates the problem.

In general, BCEL has not been updated to fully support generics.  There is a basic flaw throughout
the code base that assumes a Java 'descriptor' and a Java 'signature' are the same thing.
 Kinda sorta true before generics, but definitely wrong now.  In the process of working on
this example I found two more places that are incorrect, no doubt there are many more.  [for
the record: the constructor for generic.ObjectType and classfile.Signature.translate()]

I'm not proposing we fix this larger problem for 6.0, but it should be noted as a significant
work item for the future.
