   So are you thinking of moving these functions to PathUtils?
   - cleanDirectory
   - deleteDirectory
   - deleteQuietly
   - forceDelete
   - forceDeleteOnExit 
   
   For backwards compatibility, I'm assuming I should leave these functions in FileUtils,
mark them as deprecated, and have them call the new PathUtils functions?
