Subject [jira] [Commented] (CB-9975) No longer able to use "all" as orientation for ios
Date Tue, 10 Nov 2015 17:51:11 GMT

Raymond Camden commented on CB-9975:

1) I don't think it is just a warning. When I rotate the app, it doesn't re-orient like it
was yesterday. Unless I'm missing something, it is broken.

2) Maybe I'm reading too much into the warning. I have the setting under the iOS platform:

    <platform name="ios">
        <allow-intent href="itms:*" />
        <allow-intent href="itms-apps:*" />
    <preference name="Orientation" value="all" />

Therefore, it isn't a global preference, right? (Global would be outside of the platform tag.)

Today on Twitter someone noticed that when they set orientation now, they get an error in
the CLI. I updated my CLI to the latest, and can confirm it is now broken. If you set ios
orientation to all, you get:
> Unsupported global orientation: all
> Defaulting to value: default
> This is obviously wrong on two accounts - it wasn't a global orientation (it was ios
only) and all should be supported.
