Using cordova 5.4.0, When we tried to create APK through cordova build android both debug & release mode; App not working as expected and it is crashed.

When investigating this issue, we come to know "plugin" folder not created in assets/www in the apk generated. Also the plugin folder available in the APK when we using the cordova 5.3.3 build and application working fine.
