Hi,

as per our discussion I've created a first draft of the proposed
bylaws [1] based on Zookeeper's document [2]. Most work went into
converting it from textile to markdown format :)

Now would be the time for change requests, including fixing typos, bad
grammar, and spelling. If there are no change requests, I'll start the
voting thread on Thursday.
