Subject [jira] [Commented] (DIRSTUDIO-1068) Bundles are not resolved on Eclipse Mars
Date Thu, 10 Sep 2015 14:01:46 GMT

Richard Evans commented on DIRSTUDIO-1068:

With Eclipse Mars 4.5 GA, I see a slightly different error:

Caused by: java.lang.LinkageError: loader constraint violation: when resolving method "org.slf4j.impl.StaticLoggerBinder.getLoggerFactory()Lorg/slf4j/ILoggerFactory;"
the class loader (instance of org/eclipse/osgi/internal/loader/EquinoxClassLoader) of the
current class, org/slf4j/LoggerFactory, and the class loader (instance of org/eclipse/osgi/internal/loader/EquinoxClassLoader)
for the method's defining class, org/slf4j/impl/StaticLoggerBinder, have different Class objects
for the type org/slf4j/ILoggerFactory used in the signature
	at org.slf4j.LoggerFactory.getILoggerFactory(
	at org.slf4j.LoggerFactory.getLogger(
	at org.slf4j.LoggerFactory.getLogger(
	at org.eclipse.osgi.internal.framework.BundleContextImpl$
	at org.eclipse.osgi.internal.framework.BundleContextImpl$
	at Method)
	at org.eclipse.osgi.internal.framework.BundleContextImpl.startActivator(
	... 154 more

I assume this has the same root cause?
