Stefan Seelmann commented on DIRSTUDIO-1240:
--------------------------------------------

I assume it's the same problem as in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DIRSTUDIO-1211
and https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DIRSTUDIO-1204. Workaround for this Studio version
is to switch the network provider to "JNDI".

> After an attempt is made to add the pkiUser objectclass and a userCertificate attribute
within Directory Studio, Directory Studio allows both a PEM formatted and DER formatted certificate
to be correctly loaded into the certificate editor.
> Once the userCertificate attribute was added, attempts to display the certificate in
the LDAP browser fails with "Invalid Certificate", and when attempting to edit the certificate
the attempt fails with an exception that cannot be cut and pasted.
