    DRILL-4824: JSON with complex nested data produces incorrect output with missing fields
    
    - Added changes to skip empty Lists or Maps.
    - Changed TestJsonReader.testSplitAndTransferFailure() and TestJsonReader.testFieldSelectionBug()
according to new output logic.
