It is orthogonal that what information a call can provide in the implementation and how to
design the API so that it can be easily extended.

Indeed the implementation can only provide status today. However, it is relatively straightforward
to maintain both backward and forward compatibility for this REST API, that is, future implementation
can provide additional information such as colo, description under the same API.

to the fields

What's the value in the Dimension fields?
