If no locale is specified for mx specifically, then the locale from flex-config.xml should
be used, correct? This would set locale to en_US (which is what I'm seeing). I'm not not seeing
any errors/warnings when I compile mx with falcon. Can anyone reproduce the issue? Maybe this
issue has already been fixed.
