tom chiverton resolved FLEX-34450.

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: Apache Flex 4.14.0

The EmailValidator no longer verifies the length of the final part of the domain name. There
are upwards of 600 TLDs (including counties) and maintaining a list in in Flex isn't feasible.

The intent of EmailValidator is to capture obviously invalid email address. It's not possible
to prove a given email address will work without sending an email to it.

We may consider a full 'strict' validator in future that carries out the full RFC checks,
but I expect that will allow some email address' users would assume to be bad.
