Confirmed! 

Here is the summary
iOS and OSX:
no problem on AIR 19, AIR 20, AIR21 and AIR 22. 
Android:
no problem on AIR18. Problem on AIR 19, AIR 20, AIR21 and AIR 22. 

What can we do to overcome this ?
SecureSocket is quiet an important feature.
