Subject [jira] [Commented] (FLEX-35138) Implement flexjs maven compiler option for html-template
Date Wed, 05 Oct 2016 11:38:20 GMT

Christofer Dutz commented on FLEX-35138:

Well actually the content in the output isn't generated by using the template in "templates/js-index-template.html"
but by one of these classes:
- JSGoogPublisher
- MXMLVF2JSPublisher
- MXMLFlexJSPublisher

They have the static html hard-coded in Java. But I implemented the config option "htmlTemplate"
which can now be used to provide this option to the compiler. You can have a look at an example
in the new testsuite at:

> Implement flexjs maven compiler option for html-template
> --------------------------------------------------------
> Key: FLEX-35138
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLEX-35138
> Project: Apache Flex
> Issue Type: Improvement
> Components: Maven Flex Plugin
> Affects Versions: Apache FlexJS 0.8.0
> Reporter: Carlos
> Assignee: Christofer Dutz
> Labels: compiler, flexjs, maven, option
> Fix For: Maven-Flex-Plugin 1.0
> Implement the compiler option for parameter "html-template"
> the default value is "templates/js-index-template.html" as it lives in the main dist
> This option should be able to override the default js index.html template for a new one
provided by the developer that allows introduce changes in the main html like add new CSS
files or other things.
> This is important to start trying to change the styles in flexjs and see how we can test
different styles like MDL, Bootstrap and other libraries out there.
