Hi Artem,

thank you very much for your excellent work. It was a lot of fun working with you to get this
important feature for Flink.
I would be very happy to see you around and continue working with you on this and further
issues. 

I merged your {{final-client}} branch into one of my branches. So I got all your code into
my repository. 
Could you also open a PR with the documentation .md files against my {{hadoopReducer}} branch?

The next steps for me would be to add support for combining to the {{HadoopJobOperation}},
add test cases for my changes in the runtime and java-api packages, and do some more thorough
tests with "real world" Hadoop jobs. 
I will continue to post my progress in this issue. So if you want to help with anything, just
drop a note :-)
