    You did not convert all InputFormats and OutputFormats. There are a few more, e.g. HadoopInputFormatBase
or JDBCInputFormat. Other than that, your pull request looks good. I think it is fine to keep
the notion of normal and rich, just like we do for the operator user functions. That also
means that we do not break the existing interfaces.
