    [FLINK-4129] [gelly] HITSAlgorithm should test for element-wise convergence

    Removes the example HITSAlgorithm. The Gelly library includes the more performant HITS
algorithm.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/greghogan/flink 4129_hitsalgorithm_should_test_for_elementwise_convergence

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/2663.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
