   Hi @Guibo-Pan, in SQL convention, any null argument will lead to a null result. Thus when
generating a scalar function call, all the arguments (expressions) will be first checked to
ensure not null. See https://github.com/apache/flink/blob/d5de2bcf122fd931080ac7a9edc704c93dbe15ee/flink-libraries/flink-table/src/main/scala/org/apache/flink/table/codegen/CodeGenerator.scala#L406
