Myasuka opened a new pull request #8327: [FLINK-12333][docs] Add documentation for all async
operations through REST API
URL: https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/8327

   ## What is the purpose of the change

Improve the description for all async-operations through REST API. `Trigger savepoint`
and `rescaling` operations are all async-operations which would return a request-id for further
query identifier. However, current REST documentation does not describe this clearly and users
might be confused to use these REST APIs

   ## Brief change log

     - Add description for all async operation headers.

   ## Verifying this change

This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.

This change is already covered by existing tests, such as *(please describe tests)*.

   ## Does this pull request potentially affect one of the following parts:

     - Dependencies (does it add or upgrade a dependency): **no**
     - The public API, i.e., is any changed class annotated with `@Public(Evolving)`: **no**
     - The serializers: **no**
     - The runtime per-record code paths (performance sensitive): **no**
     - Anything that affects deployment or recovery: JobManager (and its components), Checkpointing,
Yarn/Mesos, ZooKeeper: **no**
     - The S3 file system connector: **no**

   ## Documentation

     - Does this pull request introduce a new feature? **no**
     - If yes, how is the feature documented? **not applicable**
