The version to affect should start from 1.8.0 due to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-11266


BTW, for the solution to fix this, I think we might just turn the log level of WARNING to
INFO with proper hint. User might really need YARN classes but forget to download the pre-bundled
hadoop jar.
