Subject [jira] [Commented] (FLUME-3329) Unable to apply log4j.properties in flume-agent
Date Mon, 15 Apr 2019 08:48:00 GMT

Kurginyan Ella commented on FLUME-3329:

I don't add  JAVA_OPTS in the log4j.properties. As you say i try to add JAVA_OPTS with
log4j.properties file in flume-env.sh, but it doesn't work, because i have some agents into
one host. So i add necessary JAVA_OPTS to the flume-ng and now it works.

> Key: FLUME-3329
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLUME-3329
> Project: Flume
> Issue Type: Bug
> Affects Versions: 1.7.0, 1.8.0, 1.9.0
> Reporter: Kurginyan Ella
> Priority: Major
> Doesn't apply log4j.properties file then running flume-agent. It's seem missed to add
JAVA_OPTS for log4j.properties
