    Add 'Apache' to Maven module names

    Below are the current names.  All should be prefixed with Apache.
    ```
    ./modules/accumulo/pom.xml:  <name>Fluo Accumulo Extensions</name>
    ./modules/api/pom.xml:  <name>Fluo API</name>
    ./modules/cluster/pom.xml:  <name>Fluo Cluster</name>
    ./modules/core/pom.xml:  <name>Fluo Core</name>
    ./modules/distribution/pom.xml:  <name>Fluo Distribution</name>
    ./modules/integration/pom.xml:  <name>Fluo Integration</name>
    ./modules/mapreduce/pom.xml:  <name>Fluo MapReduce</name>
    ./modules/mini/pom.xml:  <name>Fluo Mini</name>
    ./pom.xml:  <name>Fluo Project</name>
    ```
