   @keith-turner thanks for your efforts to review this. The vm_sku only controls the VM size
(CPU/ RAM). For the OS, we are indeed using CentOS as the underlying OS for the cluster nodes
themselves and that is is currently hard-coded into the ansible/roles/azure/tasks/create_vmss.yml
