Subject Re: Pulse is giving stale view of cluster -- lost updates
Date Sat, 23 Feb 2019 14:51:53 GMT
Thank you so much John for examples!

I have shared all emails to our internal PCF engineering team. They were
able to reproduce issue with both GEMFIRE+GEODE in engineering environment
with 2 locators as separate JVM apps & 2 spring data geode/gemfire server
members but root cause is not clearly known yet.

We used the same POC demo I had shared in past but we will try out more
samples to understand what's going wrong.

*Topology:*
2 Locators (With cluster_config=true +
enable-network-partition-detection=false + jmx bind address =
$HOSTNAME + http service bind address = $HOSTNAME)

2 server members (spring data gemfire/geode members)

I will come back with detailed root cause and analysis soon as I get to
know more from them.

Thanks,
- Dharam Thacker
