As per [1], this DOES NOT fix the tests, however it does stop 5 tests from failing, rather
there are errors in the tests now. Although I agree this is a minor improvement, it is non-the-less
an improvement as as I am stretched for time at the moment, it would be great to apply these
patches at incremental stages. The log output can be seen below indicating the change from
failure to error in the 5 test cases involved.
