Don't forget to remove the actual sqlbuidler dependency. (Could not find the removal in in
your patch.)

This reminds me that it would be nice to have another preferable default store. I vote for
a file-bases store. That is GORA-8. This would make it very easy to get Gora up and running
for first time users and test cases. No need for setting up a database at all. Of course this
can be done later on, after the 0.2 release.
