using HADOOP_HOME environment to locate hadoop bits.  The file structure layout should be
able to map to /usr or system directories, therefore HADOOP_HOME is renamed to HADOOP_PREFIX
to be more concise.  HADOOP_PREFIX should not be exported to the user.  If the user use hadoop-setup-single-node.sh
or hadoop-setup-conf.sh to configure hadoop, the current scripts put HADOOP_PREFIX/HADOOP_HOME
in hadoop-env.sh.  The config template generation code should remove reference of HADOOP_PREFIX/HADOOP_HOME
from hadoop-env.sh.
