I think in the long-term, we should have a little bit of a cleaner solution here.  It would
be nice if the tests would start with {{PerformanceAdvisory}} logging turned up to maximum...
then we wouldn't need to manually add logs to individual tests to note that the native library
hadn't been loaded here.

But for the short-term, this fixes a problem we have and keeps the test coverage, so +1.
