Subject [jira] [Updated] (HADOOP-11074) Move s3-related FS connector code to hadoop-aws
Date Wed, 10 Sep 2014 00:57:29 GMT

David S. Wang updated HADOOP-11074:
-----------------------------------
    Attachment: HADOOP-11074.patch.2

Change to original patch to put the auth-keys.xml changes back into the hadoop-aws pom. With
this change, if you don't have a src/test/resources/auth-keys.xml file (which will be the
default), then you will be able to skip running the s3 tests, which is similar behavior to
what we have for openstack etc. This should get Jenkins passing.

I'll file a follow-on JIRA to address the findbugs issues here - they ostensibly already existed
(I made no code changes), and instead of just adding a findbugs exclude file, perhaps someone
can try to squash some of the bugs.

> Now that hadoop-aws has been created, we should actually move the relevant code into
that module, similar to what was done with hadoop-openstack, etc.
