Here's another issue I think could happen, but have no test for:
1) set up two SecretManagers sharing zk
2) get a delegation token from one
3) use on both
4) renew on one around token expiration time

Then, both SecretManagers will run the token expiration code and possibly expire the newly
renewed token.
