This can also mean *-env.sh.

[~adhoot] / [~zjshen], it seems weird that we have an option just for leveldb. In the past,
we used hadoop.tmp.dir for stuff like this. And if needed, we could also use HADOOP_OPTS/
HADOOP_YARN_OPTS etc at each site. Why wouldn't that work?
