Test with -Ds3guard -Ddynamo

# am I the only person seeing this. If so, what options are people  testing with  -and why?
# I believe this is actually the correct behaviour: main() will catch and downgrade the FNFE,
but as this test is coming in at the run() entry point, it has to catch it iself. What is
key: we get this exception rather than an operation which creates a bucket
