The httpd-proxy.conf file must be copied to HDFS before launching the app, as per the instructions: https://github.com/apache/hadoop/blob/trunk/hadoop-yarn-project/hadoop-yarn/hadoop-yarn-site/src/site/markdown/yarn-service/Examples.md
