Subject LLVM static analysis results

Hey dev team -

As part of a larger effort I took some time today to run a "static analysis
<https://clang-analyzer.llvm.org>" available with the LLVM Clang compiler.

The results are hosted here: http://hawq-scan-build.cfapps.io/index.html

I'd be curious to see what others think about these results - this is the
first time I've ever used this tool. I'm tempted to start addressing things
in the memory category.


invocation was as follows, after installing Clang:
$ scan-build-mp-4.0 ./configure --with-includes=/opt/local/include
--with-libs=/opt/local/lib --prefix=/usr/local/hawq

$ scan-build-mp-4.0 make -j6
