Hi all,

Does anyone know the reason or history why hawq_toolkit administrative
schema isn't pre-installed with HAWQ, and whether there is a JIRA for it?
Upon research, I found this article showing this as a known issue:

If this is indeed an unexpected behavior, I can create a JIRA for it.
