+1 on RC2.  I ran our 'performance evaluation' tests (Numbers are posted
here: http://wiki.apache.org/hadoop/Hbase/PerformanceEvaluation#0_2_0).

Let me close the voting.  With no -1 votes and 6 (I think) +1s, RC2 will
become the 0.2.0 release.
